Cookie Notice

Last updated April 1, 2026

Global LMG uses a small set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the public website and the authenticated client portal. This notice explains what cookies we use, why, and the controls available to you.

Public website

On the public website we use two analytics tools — Google Analytics 4 (page views, traffic sources, UTM tracking) and Microsoft Clarity (session replay and heatmaps). Both scripts load for every visitor in a cookieless, anonymised mode at first visit — no first-party cookies are set and no personal identifiers are collected. Aggregated, non-identifying signals (such as page popularity and country-level traffic) flow to the providers in this default mode.

When you click Accept on the cookie banner shown on your first visit, both tools switch to their full mode: Google Analytics enables cross-session cookies and user-level metrics, and Microsoft Clarity enables cookie-backed heatmaps and replays. If you click Reject, both tools remain in the cookieless aggregate mode and no cookies are written.

Microsoft Clarity automatically masks the contents of form inputs (passwords, emails, phone numbers, addresses) in recordings so personally identifiable information is not captured. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this domain — the banner will re-appear on your next visit and the tools will revert to their cookieless default until you choose again.

Portal session cookies

The authenticated portal requires essential cookies for login state, verification flows, CSRF defence, and abuse prevention. Without these cookies the portal cannot function.

  • Security cookies are marked HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite as tightly as possible.
  • Session lifetimes are short and rotated after sign-in or privilege changes.
  • Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced in future, would remain opt-in only.

Third-party services

If you follow a link to an external form, calendar provider, meeting provider, payment gateway, embedded video, or other third-party platform, those services may set their own cookies and process information independently. Those cookies are governed by the relevant third party, not by us.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the authenticated portal from functioning correctly.
